Feelin Perky from a Perimenopause Book

At first, I didn’t understand what was happening to me. My periods grew worse. I already have PMS but PMS doesn’t explain this. My cycles were completely out of whack. I became irritable and depressed. It was only when I woke up in the middle of the night because of the heat and sweat was pouring from all over my body that I understood. I was experiencing menopause. According to my doctor, I was, technically, experiencing perimenopause. Whatever. I bought the most informative perimenopause book I could find. It was a bit depressing to learn that I will be experiencing a lot of that. But after indulging in self-pity, the book’s uplifting words got me together. I’ll face perimenopause and overcome it.
