Purpose of Recruiting
I did not know just how much a legal recruiter job is so widely accepted in this country as well as others. It is popular and many firms or agencies participate in that aspect of hiring lawyers. The major businesses usually are the ones who handle the placements and such with this type of hiring. Many veteran lawyers trust their job search to recruiters to do for them. It alleviates many of the searching and interviewing and other things to do with the job. And it frees up the attorney to focus on the important cases that he or her has at hand.
