Are you finding it hard to top up your account using your Card

There have been complains of people not being able to top up there accounts using there valued cards. This is the problem that Tyler had with is Card. The question was can Paypal Add Funds From Credit Card. When Tyler had this problem he tried to write to Paypal so that he would get the relevant information. The response that he got back was that indeed it was was unfortunate that one can not be able to add funds either from a debit or credit card. The reason given was that Paypal has it services classified as payment of transactions and is not for cash advances. That means that adding funds from whichever card you have might not be possible. This is exactly the message that Tyler got and he did not make further attempts in adding the funds again.
