Can YOu File An Iva For Debt Relief
Where do you go when you are so deep in debt that you are financially against a wall? I have been trying to pay my debts on time, but it has been harder every month. There are several that I just cannot pay, and the collection calls have begun. I talked to a friend of mine and he said that he heard that you could file an IVA for your outstanding debts. I am not sure exactly what that means, but he said it was not like filing for bankruptcy. Either way, it is time to do something, as it is only getting worse.
