Break The Fast

I like to start my day with the most important meal of the day taking first and high prority.  You cant build muscle without fueling your machine. You are cpoming out of a 6 to 8 hour fast.  It is important to make sure that the muscle that you are working so hard to build isnt just wasting away right.  Well start stuffing you face with good foods right off the bat. Eggs, Multigrain toast oatmeal and fruit should do you just fine.  This is how to burn fat and add muscle.  You wont grow lean and mean with out the right nutrition.
