Completing a Wood Floor
In my bedroom, I have a wood floor. I found it by tearing up my carpet and looking under. It was unfinished, but this is not a big deal at all. I simply sanded down the floor with an electric sander. This took up any rough spots, as well as a few spots of old paint. Next, I swept and vacuumed. This is to be sure that all the dust was up before I put stain down. I applied the stain with a paint roller. It is best to apply stain when the room is empty, and you can open the windows until it dries.
