He was the perfect man. He treated me like a princess, gave me his undivided attention and his entire devotion. We have been together for three years. I should have known better, but I didn’t. As time passed by, I became too confident of his love. I didn’t notice that I was no longer able to reciprocate his effort. I was not able to meet his needs. But I was not aware that our relationship was also becoming stale because of my shortcomings, until he asked for a separation. I am able to admit my mistakes right now after spending some time analyzing what went wrong. As it turns out, it was mainly my fault, and now I need to figure out how to win him back.
