The best way to make yourself move up fast on the coporate ladder is to become a successful man, both in terms of personality and intellectual. It may seem all right to ‘backstab’ others so that you can climb up fast, but it is definitely not the cool thing to do. You may end up getting the knife in due course.
What makes a person a great one? For one, it has to be his personality. Everyone likes a person who knows what he wants for himself and his loved ones.
