How Weights Can Help
I asked my buddy about weights to help with building muscle. He said that they were essential in any fitness routine. Then I asked how to get a six pack fast and he said that it was more of a exercise than using weights. Before joining the gym, he did not use weights at all but his muscle mass was pretty decent. He said that it did not take long because he had a routine and as long as I stick to a routine, it would happen fast for me too. I sure do not expect it to happen tomorrow but I hope it does not take forever.
