The keys to effective muscle building (German: effektiver Muskelaufbau) are repetition and rest. It’s very important to not overdue it early in a week. It’s a good idea to create a weekly workout schedule. For example; on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday you do legs, and chest. On Tuesday and Thursday you run on the treadmill and do some arm exercises. Sunday should be your day to rest. Your body builds muscle when it heals. I also think most health experts would agree that eating is also very important to building muscle. A person could drink a protein drink every now and then but if you don’t do the work you won’t build muscle efficiently.
