My sister and her husband bought a used computer. They are struggling financially and it was all they could afford. They called me yesterday to ask about malware removal. They said that their computer is not working very well. I told them to do a bit of research online. They may need to do a scan to help it run better. I am not experienced with the problems they are having. I recommended that she call our brother Mike. He may know how she can fix her computer. I wish I could help her more.
