It Only Took One Trip to Get Me Hooked on Peru
My wife is the one that suggested we go to Peru for our vacation. I didn’t really know much about the place but she seemed pretty dead set on it. I figured it couldn’t hurt. Now that I’ve been, I am so glad I never tried to talk her out of it. The place is just breath taking. We tried to really balance things out, getting in shopping along with plenty of educational things. I’ll admit, I’m not really the scholarly kinda guy but being in Peru and just immersed in their culture made me want to learn so much more about the place. When I got back home I just kept reading; I’m in love with their music. I’ve already told my wife we’re going back next year. She just smiled and shook her head. I can’t help it, I’m hooked.
